Ratchet was easy to setup and configure with little support required from SLC. Within 4 hours of receiving Ratchet we had a demonstration system installed and running on 5 workstations and 2 servers. It is refreshing to use such intuative software that makes a traditionally technical task, such as rating inquiry, so easy.
