The team, goals, and principles which epitomize Service Level LLC stretch back more than thirty years. The organization has its roots in Lynn-Arthur Associates, Inc. Founded in 1980, Lynn-Arthur served cellular and telephone companies until 1997 when it was acquired by CableData Inc., the dominant cable TV billing and customer care system provider in the world. It was renamed to CableData Telecommunications, Inc.
In 1999 CableData Telecommunications in Ann Arbor, MI was transferred to CableData's California headquarters. Rather than move, much of the staff in Ann Arbor became the founders of Service Level Corporation.

Becky L. Glesner, Vice President
"CCMI has an on-going relationship with SLC, and Becky Glesner in particular, for close to 20 years. During that time I have been personally involved with Becky in design projects and product development involving complex rating, routing and billing applications. In all cases, the effort and results are first rate. I highly recommend Becky and the staff at SLC to any company requiring in-depth understanding, analysis and execution of rating systems and applications." -- Mr. George David, Director, CCMI/United Communications Group
