SLC signs agreement to support GSA rating technology
Ann Arbor, MI, 24 June 2004 - Service Level Corporation announced an agreement with the General Services Administration. Under this agreement SLC will support the rating technology used in the GSA's Telecommunications Ordering and Pricing System (TOPS).
TOPS is the principal back office system used in the Federal Technology Service(FTS) for all United Stated government agencies. FTS is in the process of transition to a new generation of federal telecom contracts in 2005, called Networx.
"We are pleased to help the GSA with their specialized rating requirements. They look for us to provide them deep knowledge of rating technology and reliable support for their rating applications", said Carl Wright, SLC President. This is a renewal of a previous long-standing relationship between the GSA and the principal players at SLC. The GSA was a customer of Lynn-Arthur Associates, Inc., a predecessor company to SLC.
