SERVICE LEVEL DELIVERS RE-BILLING SOLUTION TO AT&T THIRD PARTY SOLUTIONS

Solving a custom telecommunications billing problem for AT&T

Ann Arbor, MI, 30 September 2014 - Service Level Corporation (SLC), a leading provider of real-time transaction rating solutions, today announced that SLC and AT&T (ATT), a global provider of telecommunications services and solutions, have signed an agreement for SLC to provide re-billing services to AT&T Third Party Solutions.

This project involves collecting and processing bills and related charging information from eleven countries to apply the custom contractual AT&T rates for one of its large customers.

The re-billing project includes the re-billing of both calls made and monthly recurring charges for services (monthly connection charges, ISDN lines, feature charges, etc.).

Delivering these services involved collecting data from third party carrier portals in the form of call detail records, spreadsheet reports and PDF bill images. All of this data is processed into formats that permit the application of the contractual rates established between AT&T and its customer.
The SLC solution for AT&T includes custom software developed to process the unique data formats into re-billed results for AT&T. It also includes extensive use of SLC's Ratchet Rating System.
