Service Level Corporation Shareholders Approve Company's Re-Incorporation in Delaware.

Ann Arbor, MI, July 31, 2000 - Service Level Corporation, a telecommunications and Internet software infrastructure company, announced that its shareholders approved re-incorporation of the company in Delaware.

The re-incorporation was completed on July 31, 2000. This does not result in any change in the company's name, operations, locations, or management.

Shareholders also approved the grant of stock shares to founding employees and the allocation of common stock for non-qualified stock option plans for employees.

"These changes to make it easier to acquire additional capital as the company grows and reward employees for their part in making our success.", said Carl Wright.
